How ABKE Helped GO Biotech Build a GEO Smart Website for Plasticizer Selection

Discover how ABKE helped GO Biotech transform its plasticizer website from a product catalog into a multilingual, application-focused knowledge hub for product selection, buyer inquiries, and GEO-ready content.

GO Biotech, an industrial plasticizer supplier serving PVC, wire and cable, automotive interiors, films, coatings, and inks, worked with ABKE to rebuild its website around the information industrial buyers need to evaluate products. Rather than functioning only as a product catalog, the new GEO smart website connects plasticizer products, performance properties, material compatibility, application solutions, selection guidance, multilingual content, and procurement inquiry requirements.

The Challenge: A Chemical Website Must Support Decisions, Not Just Display Products

For chemical and material procurement teams, a product name, basic specification, and contact form are only a starting point. Buyers, engineers, and R&D teams also need to understand whether a material fits a specific formulation or end-use requirement, which performance factors matter, and how different plasticizers should be assessed for a given application.

GO Biotech provides industrial plasticizers and selection support for multiple application areas. A conventional “product name + parameters + contact form” structure could present a portfolio, but it could not consistently explain the relationship between chemicals, material systems, performance requirements, and end-use applications. This made it harder for overseas visitors to understand the company’s capabilities and prepare a focused inquiry.

Project Objective: Build a Connected Product-to-Application Knowledge System

ABKE approached the project as a content and conversion architecture initiative, not simply a visual website redesign. The goal was to create a structured website in which products, technical information, applications, and procurement communication could work together.

Product Clarity

Connect core plasticizer categories with key properties and relevant material directions.

Application Guidance

Build solution content around PVC, wire and cable, automotive interiors, films, coatings, and inks.

Selection Support

Provide useful context for DOTP, TOTM, and other product-selection discussions.

Better Inquiry Context

Capture application, material, performance, and purchasing requirements earlier in the inquiry process.

ABKE’s Content Logic: Chemical → Performance → Material → Application → Selection

Plasticizer selection is strongly application-dependent. ABKE therefore extended product content beyond standalone parameter pages and organized information around the questions users may need to answer during procurement and technical evaluation.

For PVC plasticizer selection, for example, content can address factors such as flexibility, migration resistance, heat resistance, low-temperature performance, processing behavior, and end-use requirements. DOTP and TOTM-related content is connected to relevant performance characteristics, potential material directions, and application contexts, helping visitors identify the information most relevant to their needs without repeatedly searching across disconnected pages.

A Website Structure Designed for Understanding and Discovery

The website architecture strengthens the relationships among product pages, application solutions, knowledge content, and frequently asked questions. Instead of treating each product page as an isolated destination, the structure uses clear categorization, internal links, related-content paths, and structured presentation to create a more connected chemical knowledge base.

Content Layer Role in the Website Value for Visitors
Product pages Present core product information, performance characteristics, and related applications. Supports initial product-range and suitability assessment.
Application solutions Explain selection considerations by industry, material, and use case. Helps technical and procurement teams evaluate relevant decision factors.
Knowledge and FAQ Organize professional knowledge and recurring buyer questions. Makes information easier to find, understand, and reuse during evaluation.
Procurement inquiry paths Collect business and technical context at key conversion points. Enables more focused follow-up conversations.

Implementation: Product, Solution, Knowledge, and Conversion in One System

Coverage of Core Products and Application Solutions

The project established a content structure covering 12 core products and 12 application solutions. Product content provides foundational information, performance features, and related application directions. Solution content adds an application-oriented layer that highlights selection considerations across different materials and use cases.

Multilingual Chemical B2B Website Foundation

The website was planned across five languages to support international communication. The multilingual approach is designed to preserve consistency in product terminology, application logic, navigation, and inquiry paths, so visitors in different markets can access the same core business information more efficiently.

Case, Knowledge, and FAQ Content Modules

Case, Knowledge, and FAQ modules provide dedicated spaces for application references, professional explanations, and recurring questions. Knowledge content can continue to address plasticizer properties, material compatibility, application differences, and basic selection logic. FAQ content can support conversations around application scope, samples, and the information needed to begin a procurement discussion.

Procurement-Oriented Inquiry Form Design

Chemical inquiries often require more context than a standard contact form can collect. The redesigned inquiry path can guide visitors to provide information such as application area, material type, performance priorities, estimated demand, and contact details. This gives sales and technical teams a clearer initial basis for product recommendations, sample discussions, or further qualification.

What the GEO Smart Website Establishes

  • Clearer information relationships: product information is connected with properties, materials, and application scenarios rather than presented in isolation.
  • More usable selection content: PVC plasticizer, DOTP, and TOTM-related topics can provide a practical starting point for technical and purchasing discussions.
  • A structured content asset framework: product, solution, Case, Knowledge, and FAQ modules can be expanded as business knowledge develops.
  • A stronger multilingual foundation: five language versions provide a unified channel for product communication across markets.
  • More informed lead capture: procurement requirement fields help gather context that supports later sales follow-up.
  • Improved readiness for search and AI understanding: clearer page topics, information relationships, semantic structure, and structured data provide a more accessible foundation for crawling and interpretation.

Key Lessons for Chemical Manufacturers Serving Global B2B Markets

  1. Map products to applications before expanding pages. Define the performance characteristics, material directions, and priority uses associated with each product category.
  2. Turn buyer and technical questions into website content. Selection questions can become solution pages, knowledge articles, and FAQ topics rather than remaining only in one-to-one conversations.
  3. Make multilingual content part of the business experience. Consistent terminology, application logic, and conversion paths are more useful than simple text translation alone.
  4. Design forms for sales and technical collaboration. Request fields should help identify the visitor’s actual application and procurement context.
  5. Treat the website as a continuing knowledge asset. Product updates, application experience, market questions, and new content can continuously strengthen the website’s long-term value.
Through this GEO smart website project, ABKE helped GO Biotech connect plasticizer products, application selection content, multilingual communication, and procurement conversion paths in a single structured digital foundation. Website construction improves how information is organized and how inquiries are captured; search visibility, AI references, inquiry volume, and commercial outcomes still depend on market conditions, product capability, pricing, buyer cycles, sales execution, and ongoing optimization.
