What Formats Can GEO Website Content and Multilingual Pages Be Exported In?
Learn how ABKE supports the export and handover of GEO website content, multilingual pages, media assets, FAQs, knowledge content, data, and migration materials based on agreed technical conditions.
In GEO intelligent website projects, product information, solutions, case studies, FAQs, multilingual pages, and media files are important components of an enterprise’s long-term digital assets. ABKE confirms the scope and format of assets that can be exported, handed over, or migrated based on the agreed contract terms, the actual technical architecture, and applicable third-party platform licensing conditions.
Types of Materials That May Be Delivered or Exported
Within the agreed scope, one or more of the following materials may typically be provided:
- Content materials: Product descriptions, solutions, application scenarios, case studies, FAQs, news, downloadable materials, and enterprise knowledge content. Text is generally prioritized in editable and reusable formats or as structured content.
- Multilingual content: Existing language versions and their page content may be retained. Language directories, page relationships, URL rules, and migration methods need to be confirmed according to the target CMS and the current multilingual mechanism.
- Images and media assets: This may include page images and media materials within the agreed scope. The deliverable scope for original image files, compressed versions, alternative text, and usage rights depends on the actual source of the materials and relevant licensing conditions.
- Static website or page materials: Where technically feasible and specified in the contract, static websites, page files, or materials for deployment and migration may be provided.
- Data and interface materials: This may include agreed data exports, interface documentation, deployment materials, or migration support documentation.
- Page relationship and migration materials: For websites requiring migration, URL mappings, redirect requirements, page inventories, and content structures may be organized according to the project situation to support continuity between the old and new websites.
What Should Be Confirmed for Multilingual Page Migration?
Multilingual page migration involves more than translating text. It may also involve language directory or subdomain settings, page relationships, hreflang configuration, canonical URLs, internal links, and content adaptation for target markets. Before handover, the following points should be confirmed:
- Whether the target CMS supports the current number of languages, directory structure, and field configuration.
- Whether existing URLs need to be retained or whether URL mappings and redirect rules need to be established.
- Whether product, case study, FAQ, and other content needs to retain relationships between different language versions.
- Whether images, videos, fonts, plugins, or third-party components have authorization or migration restrictions.
- Whether the original website’s Schema structured data, internal linking, and SEO/GEO technical configurations are included in the migration scope.
Items Recommended for Clarification During Handover
To reduce the risk of missing content, broken links, or lost language relationships during later migration, enterprises can clarify the asset inventory, delivery formats, export frequency, deployment environment, interface requirements, and migration responsibility boundaries during the cooperation confirmation stage. For content injection projects involving an existing WordPress or other CMS website, the controllability of the original page structure, performance, internal links, Schema, and multilingual mechanism should also be assessed.
ABKE values enterprise control over digital assets. However, the specific content, knowledge assets, static website files, images, data, interfaces, or migration materials that can be exported remain subject to the contract, actual technical conditions, and applicable third-party licensing scope.
