开工大吉|外贸人节后回归的正确方式

短暂的假期已经结束了,大部分人都已经开工了,这个时候往往是忙碌的,很多事情要处理。不忙碌的新人呢,那么就是迷茫的找不到事情做。

 

作为外贸人来说,最重要的还是联系客户啊,越是这个时候,我们就越是要比别人抢先一步。 一年的开始是大量老外客户找供应商换供应商的时间。 平时很多人都说不知道怎么跟进客户,怕客户被别人抢走了,而这个时候,刚刚开年这几个月是最危险的,但是又是开发客户最好的时候。 那么我们开年首先要做的,当然是保住已经在联系的客户,已经成交的老客户,让他们知道我们已经开工了。

 

但是,在给客户发邮件告知我们已上班前,你需要确保以下基础准备工作做好。

 

1、及时修改网站上的假期时间

假如春节前你有在网站上的banner和滚动图发布假期时间的话,那要及时修改,另外,邮箱设置了自动回复的,Skype上设置了上班时间的,都要及时修改和更新,免影响客户看到了影响客户给你发询盘意向。 

 

2、联系一下工厂或者供应商

拜个年,然后通知其我们已经上班,确定一下其什么时候工人到岗并可以接单生产,供货能力如何,了解产品价格的变动,可否给我们做好报价的准备等信息。 

 

3、联系一下货代

随便拜个年,也告知其我们已经上班,然后了解一下春节过后拖头和船务的信息是否有变动调整,舱位如何,什么时候可以正常运输等信息。 

 

4、对在进行的订单进行归类整理

对订单里所提及的问题比如订单涉及船运的、产品生产进度的、提单的、样品尺寸型号的等等,进行分类记录登记,然后按图索骥,分别咨询清楚。

 

要准备好以上信息,等待的反馈时间比较久,这里你要调整心态,确定哪些是应该做好的了,你可以根据时间的进度和客户的特点,对客户进行简单的分析,并进行分类。并把上边收集的信息和准备的资料进行筛选和匹配,条理清晰,了然于胸才可以准确进行跟进。

 

接下来,就是如何将客户分类进行邮件跟进。

 1、对于普通客户 

Happy Chinese Lunar New Year. We are back to work today and everything is back to normal,please feel free to contact us. In the coming New Year, we will try our best to coordinate wherever you need and I hope we can have better cooperation. Recently we will deliver more new products and we will tell you in the first place. If you want to find some new products right now, you can tell us your demand and we can also give you some help. 

 

新年快乐,我们已经开工了,一切回归正常,欢迎联系我。新的一年,任何需要支持的地方我们一定全力配合,希望我们能有更好的合作。这段时间我们也会有很多新产品,会第一时间通知你,如果你现在有想要寻找的新产品,可以告诉我你的需求,我们可以帮忙寻找。

 

2、年前有下单意向但因春节而延后下单的客户 

这类客户通常为我们经常合作的客户,而他们意向明确,我们应该重点跟进,告知客户一切都已安排妥当,表明现在已经可以下单。

 

Happy New Year! I suppose that you have sensed the joyous atmosphere of Chinese New Year and I wish we can achieve in-depth process of our cooperation in the new year.

 

I know that you intended to place orders before the Spring Festival while you then decided to postpone it after the holiday. Since many people are still celebrating the Chinese New Year, it’s usual that the cost of products will increase. Fortunately, we have arranged the products in advance before the Chinese New Year and we will try out utmost to present you with the best price in consideration of our friendship and previous cooperation. In order to support you to occupy market shares faster, we’ll set out to arrange the order the moment you place the order.

 

3、年前已经下订单或货物已被发出的客户

对于年前已经下订单的客户,我们应该尽快安排工厂生产,而对于货物已生产完毕的,我们可以在发货后通知客户。而对于已交货的,我们需要跟踪船运信息,及时了解情况。

Happy New Year! Though we spent quite a fabulous holiday, we haven’t forgotten the order. We have expedited the plant to arrange the production and the shipment will probably be dated xx (date). Everything goes like clockwork.

4、年前问过价格或对我方产品有明显意向的客户

我们自然不能怠慢了这些客户。既然客户对我们的产品有兴趣,我们就该好好抓住机会,争取拿下客户。

 

Dear xx,

Happy New Year! We realize that you took interest in our products (product deion) before the Spring Festival and we wonder if you have purchased products from other suppliers.

At present, the ocean freight is much lower than the time before the Chinese New Year . Please place orders as soon as possible so that we are able to keep prices from increasing as we have arranged raw materials before the holiday. Enclosed please find a price sheet.

In addition, as we know that the peak season is drawing near, we also provide products of new styles with great quality and reasonable prices. Should you have any problem, don’t hesitate to contact us.
